Is my data sold or passed on?
No. In any case we assure you that we won’t sell your data or address to another person.
When do I get paid out?
Payouts basically take place at the 15th of the nex month. This is because of technical reasons of our sponsors. This period may sound long at first sight but when you decide to be paid out at the 30th/31st of a month you will receive the money two weeks later.
The reason for this is that we receive the payouts by our sponsors at the beginning of each month. Then we have the money and can finally transfer it to you.
So why do we do it this way? In the past many paidmailer wanted o pay out fast but ended in not having the money on their bank account. So they had to give up their business. Therefore we found this solution so we can definitely pay out your money.
Sums are not recorded – important tips!
You took part in some raffles and the sum has not been recorded yet – here you find a few possible solutions:
- Check if you have activated cookies in your web browser.
- Before you click a link in an E-mail delete all cookies in your broser.
- After you registered at our sponsor you will receive an E-mail to confirm your participation. Don’t wait to long to confirm. Before you do click the link in our E-mail again.
- Very important: Open the confirmation link in the same browser you used o take part in the raffle.
I have already taken part in multiples raffles but there’s nothing to see in my account.
Multiple times an hour we match the data with our partners. If you have taken part in a raffle and the status has not changed after an hour there must have occured an error.
This can happe for different reasons:
- You have to verify our E-mail fort he registration and you haven’t done it yet.
- You are already a customer or registered.
- There is a technical problem and you money will be transfered later.
In rare cases transfers can’t be traced. Reasons for this can be deactevated cookies in your web browser, a firewall, an anonymizer or an error of data transfer because the internet does not guarantee a 100% error free transfer of data.. Errors occur very rarely but when transfer data is involved the sale can’t possibly appear in your statistics. Incomplete or incorrect transfer data, which can be related to a sponsor, are worked up and if possible transfered every week.
Please check the configuartion of your browser and check whether you have cookies activated if the error occured in many raffles because trackings happens via cookies. If you have gone to a website earlier and you want to register it is possible that there alredy is a cookie which should be deleted before your registration. Then use the link in you E-mail again.
